How do I make a booking?
There are 2 ways in which you can make a booking; you may contact us directly on 00357-99513394 or complete the online enquiry form and we will contact you with all the details.

As soon as you have confirmation from us that your requested villa is available, you will have to complete a booking form, and we will require a non-refundable deposit (30%) to secure the booking. Once the booking is confirmed, the full balance is due within 40 days of your arrival date. However, if the confirmation of your booking is 40 days or less from your arrival date, then we will require full payment (100%) to confirm the booking.

How is payment made?
Payment can be made by cheque or by bank transfer.

Are the rates per person or for the entire villa?
The rates shown are for the entire villa for daily rental.

(Air-conditioning fees are not included – they are charged extra and paid locally)

What currency are the prices shown in?
The prices are shown in euros and are inclusive of VAT.

How often is the villa cleaned?
The villa will be cleaned before your arrival and after you leave. If you stay more than 7 days we will arrange a mid-clean.

What will happen if we break something?
As soon as it occurs, please inform us in order to visit the villa and examine the damage and arrange to be repaired. Although, it is not our policy to take any security deposit, you will be held responsible for any breakages, losses or damage that may occur to the villa and payment will be sought at your departure.

What days do the bookings commence & what is the required length of stay?
There is no restriction on bookings and you can start your stay on any day you choose. (subject to availability)

What are the check in and check out times?
Access to villas will be after 3pm to allow for cleaning and check out will be by 11am, unless otherwise agreed by us in writing.

Will I have a welcome pack waiting for me?
We always provide a basic welcome pack completely free and complimentary which includes a seasonable basket of fruit, a bottle of wine, coffee, tea, sugar, milk, juice, butter, jam/honey, toast bread.

Do you offer an airport meet-and-greet service?
Although we do not offer an airport pick-up service, taxi transfers to the villa can be arranged upon request. A person will be at Larnaca or Paphos airport with a name board to meet you. The driver will remind you (and confirm) for the pick up time for your return journey. You will have to pay the driver picking you up from the airport.

Aren't villas more expensive than a hotel?
If you compare rates per room/per night, you will see that our holiday villas are often cheaper than prices of hotels of the same quality standard. Villas offer more privacy and comfort than hotels. Moreover, the villa has a fully equipped kitchen, making your rental cheaper than staying in a hotel and eating all of your meals out.

Is Travel Insurance Required?
It is strongly recommended that you arrange comprehensive travel insurance.

Are Visas Required?
Visas are not required for EU passport holders. If you do not hold an EU citizen, we recommend that you contact the Cyprus Embassy.

Do the villas have telephones or internet access?
None of our villas have the use of a telephone for telephone calls or internet access. To make telephone calls, for the period of your stay, we will provide you with a mobile phone (which you will return same to us on the date of your departure) and a free €5.00 pay-as-you-go card. Otherwise, you can use local phone boxes, your own mobile phone or purchase additional pay as-you-go cards from the local Cytanet Office.

Are towels and linen provided?
Bed sheets and towels are provided at all of our villas. Towels and linen are changed at the end of your stay.

What is the electricity voltage?
The voltage is 240 volts, with 3-pin plug sockets.

Will someone show us how to use the electrical appliances in the villa?
At your arrival we will meet you at the villa in order to handle you the keys, show you around the villa and explain to you the use of all electrical appliances.
